Hey friends – Ashley here! I’ve been DYING to share this bridal boudoir session at home on our blog here!! I actually flew out to California earlier this year to shoot this bridal boudoir session for one of our brides so that she could surprise her groom on their wedding day. It was AMAZING you guys, like – her husband totally had the biggest smile on his face when we handed him his album right before their First Look (scroll down to see his reaction!).

We did this bridal boudoir session at home – meaning it was all natural light, utilizing the incredible space of the home and the furniture within. It was really moody outside with lots of clouds and a little rain, which made the best soft light and lots of shadows to play with. I’m pretty much obsessed with this session, and it didn’t hurt that Alexxa is a dead-ringer for a Eva Mendes doppelgänger!
