Honeymoon sessions might just be our new favorite thing to photograph! It’s so easy-breezy, no stress about the upcoming wedding or stress about the wedding day itself – we don’t have to worry about any little thing, and it’s pretty much the best. So when Trevor and Shelby reached out to celebrate their honeymoon with a couples session at Garden of the Gods here in Colorado Springs – it sounded like the best time ever! And it definitely was an incredible day.

We met up for an afternoon of hiking at our favorite spot at Garden of the Gods, just a few days after their wedding back home in Minnesota. Their wedding day ended up being pretty rainy, so we were really stoked to have such a warm, golden day for their celebratory honeymoon session in Colorado! Garden of the Gods is so lush and green during the summer months, and that sunset with Pikes Peak in the background? We’re almost jealous we’re not in the photos, because we’d totally hang it up on our wall!
