Avalon Hotel Palm Springs Wedding
Rachel met Ryan through a mutual friend – in fact, it was Rachel’s first friend that she met after moving to Los Angeles from Chicago a few years ago. That friend (Lynette, one of the beautiful brunette’s in Rachel’s bridal party) is married to Tony (who officiated the ceremony), and Ryan just happened to be one of Tony’s employees. It only took six months after meeting at a birthday party for Rachel + Ryan to move from friendship into something just a bit more.
And now, they’re mawwied (said in best impression of that guy from Princess Bride)!!
Their wedding was one of the funniest ceremonies we’ve ever witnessed. Tony did a fantastic job mixing together personal and funny anecdotes, with touching tributes and beautiful vows. Following their ceremony, Rachel + Ryan’s guests enjoyed a delicious family-styled dinner reception at the Presidio Garden of the Avalon Hotel. There was a little dinner, a lot of dancing, and a whole bunch of fun!
