It’s been a “bucket list” item for us to photograph a Halloween-inspired wedding (even better, one actually ON Halloween!) and since it didn’t happen for us this year, we decided to team up with our favorite Colorado Springs wedding vendors to put together a styled Gothic Forest wedding inspiration for Halloween! We decided to forego the typical oranges and blacks of Halloween, and instead focused on skulls, deep reds, magentas and burgundies and a bit of gold, and we skipped the traditional white dress of weddings.

For our bridal look, we were very inspired by Morticia Addams, which included a darker eye palette and reddish lip color. The full length black dress had lacy long sleeves, very bridal inspired but with a gothic twist.
For our grooms look, we went with a stylish black tux from our friends at The Black Tux.
Our table decor was inspired by jeweled Halloween tones, without using any of the typical pumpkins. Instead, we opted to accentuate with spiders and skulls!
