Historic Pinecrest Palmer Lake Weddings

Love is patient … Love is kind

Jesse and Tessa are two of the most wonderful people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I met them earlier this year when we did their engagement photos at Fox Run Park during the wintertime, and I feel so blessed to have been there to capture their special day this summer. Their venue, the Historic Pinecrest, was absolutely gorgeous and picturesque. Despite the fact it POURED rain outside while they were getting ready, the weather cleared up and was just a gorgeous June afternoon.

Tessa was such a gorgeous bride. She just adores Jesse, saying “He is the most amazing person I have ever met. His is the biggest blessing in my life, he makes me feel so special and I can’t imagine my life without him! He is the most respectful, and kind person. He is the true love of my life!”

And Jesse? Jesse made me (and Amy, my assistant photographer) choke up during the ceremony. Looking at his bride walking down the aisle for the first time, he got tears in his eyes and it was just so emotional – I loved every minute of it. Jesse had this to say about Tessa, “She is such a creative and outgoing person and has led me to meet many people and gain many new life-long friends. She loves all people that surround her in life and her positive attitude and peaceful nature helps me to relax and reflect on what is truly important in life (Love, Friends, Family).”

Now that they have celebrated with their family and friends on their wedding day, they’re now in Michigan at their family cabin on the lake, enjoying their honeymoon. I am so excited to continue to be part of their journey in life, and watching them go through life hand-in-hand. Enjoy! xoxo
