This was one wedding we will definitely never forget!! The Hideaway Golf Club in La Quinta is one of the most incredible golf courses we have ever been to – the views of the mountains are absolutely stunning and the lawn by the Clubhouse made for an amazing location for this wedding!

Jennifer and Larry’s love story is pretty incredible. They met back in high school, and stayed friends afterward; they sort of grew apart a bit, and Jennifer had her two handsome boys. Then, one day, there was a party somewhere and they bumped into each other … and really, the rest is history. They started dating, and Larry has been a wonderful step-father to Spencer and Parker the last twelve years. After so many years together on a trip to Europe, in typical Larry style, he tossed a ring at Jennifer and asked her to marry him – and she said yes!

It was ultra important for their Hideaway Golf Club wedding to be a mix of low-key and fun for their guests, and we have to admit – we’ve never seen happier guests at a wedding reception! Cathy with COJ Events did an incredible job putting together an amazing team of vendors for Larry and Jennifer, working together with Luna of Arrangements Floral & Design to design a beyond stunning space complete with couches, high top tables and twinkle lights above.  City Connections Entertainment was by far the best live band we’ve ever seen at a wedding reception – they wowed the crowd and were just absolutely perfect for the vibe Larry and Jennifer wanted for their reception. Guests were also treated to four different kinds of food trucks (including a sushi burrito truck – we didn’t try it, since we aren’t about the sushi, but everyone said it was super tasty!), a cigar bar and a dessert bar complete with milk shots! Of course, our favorite part was the coffee/cappuccino bar!

Congratulations to our friends Larry and Jennifer, mazel tov and a lifetime of joy and happiness!
