I’m so excited to be sharing this blog with you this morning! Miss S actually emailed me a few weeks ago because she thought I still lived in Colorado (where she lives) and I was super bummed because I loved all the cool outfit and pose ideas she had for her shoot. But! Due to a series of fortunate events we were able to have the shoot while she was on the west coast visiting family. Can you believe that in all my years growing up in Southern California, I had never been to downtown San Diego?? I know, it’s totally crazy – but true.

We both looked forward to this shoot for weeks. The night before her shoot, she sent me a text photo from the balcony showing the gorgeous view and I got even MORE excited for the next day. When I got there though, it was even better in person (although, if I’m being really honest – the clear railing totally had me freaking out since I have a HUGE fear of falling from big heights and we were on the 12th floor). This session was so much fun though; we spent the entire time just laughing and being creative and talking about Colorado. After her session, Miss S told me she’s already planning her next shoot – and I can’t wait for it!
