Last year, I got to do a family session out at Riley’s Apple Farm in Oak Glen for our friends, Jessica + Steve and their three cutie-patootie boys – Aydin, Tyler and Kylan. This year, we decided to just make it a fun shoot for the LaVoise boys (since Steve + Jess will be celebrating 10 years of marriage next spring and we’ll be doing something amaaaazing for that!). After seeing all the recent beauty out at Joshua Tree in the fall, we went there for the shoot and man-oh-man was it COLD!! Even Eli, their labradoodle, was feeling the chill! I swear it was nice and warm maybe two weeks ago and then BAM! out of nowhere, it’s barely reaching 65 degrees outside (and for all you snowy-weather types, 65 is positively freezing for Californians, hahaha!). Anyway, despite being super cold the boys were so well-behaved and they are all such naturals in front of the camera (especially Kylan! Such a ham!), I just love being around them and love doing something outside our norm of weddings and boudoir!
Enjoy these sweet boys!
