Making Shirt Mockups for Etsy Sellers: Mocks by XO Ash Durham
With the launch of Farm and Country Co, I’ve been doing all kinds of crazy research on how to successfully market on Etsy. It’s a whole new ballgame for me, and I’ll be sharing tips and tricks that I learn along the way here with you guys!
One of the things I’ve learned is that it is very common for apparel and decor creators will make something called Mockups. What are mockups for Etsy sellers? They are basically stock photos that designers can overlay their designs on top of to show a mockup of what the design will look like. It’s pretty genius and easy to do in programs like Canva or PhotoShop, or you can even do it in the Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio.
Because I freaking love helping other women become entrepreneurs, I’ve started making shirt mockups for Etsy sellers and offering them for sale at Mocks by XO Ash Durham. I am also using them for Farm and Country Co too, of course – so it’s two birds with one stone! It’s a lot of fun for me, and let’s me bust out my big camera a bit more often.
I’ll be sharing many more designs and options over the next few weeks, as I create them. If you have any specific requests for a mockup, let me know – I might be able to help!
