What exactly is a "Media Day" for teams?

A media day is an organized photo session where athletes and teams are photographed all at once. It usually includes individual athlete portraits, team photos, and images used for senior banners, social media, schedules, and promotions throughout the season.

I make media days feel easy for coaches, booster clubs, and families:

Pre-event planning — You send me the team roster, and I'll basically handle the rest. Your time is valuable as a coach and/or volunteer parent!
Photo Day is actually fun — We'll put some music on, have the kids rock through their sessions and we'll save the seniors for last, so we can take our time with group photos!
Celebrating the Seniors - Seniors will see their photos in just a few days, and we'll get those banners hung up ASAP!
Professionally edited galleries — Delivered digitally with easy download and share options.

In exchange for sponsorship status, I will gift the booster/coach ALL of the finished digital images so that you can use the photos for social media, marketing, programs and your team’s website.

That’s a $2,500 value.

Sponsorship should include offers like social media shout outs, ad space on your team website and in your team program (if applicable), on all sponsor products (i.e. shirts, banners) and I’ll even provide you a banner to hang up at your school! We can talk specifics about what your team offers for sponsors.

A: Once your media day is booked, I’ll provide simple guidelines to share with athletes and families. This typically includes uniforms, gear, and a few helpful tips so everyone shows up prepared and confident.

Q: WILL YOU HELP with posing?

A: Senior preview images are delivered within 3 days. Custom senior banners are typically completed within 2 weeks, and full media day galleries are delivered within 3 weeks.

Q: what's the turnaround time?

A: Yes! I work with both high school and youth teams. High school programs are my main focus, but I do offer media day and team photography for youth organizations as availability allows.

Q: what about youth teams?

A: Yes — custom senior banners and graphic design options are available and can be tailored to match your school’s branding and needs.

Q: CAN WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE OUTFIT?

A: I’m based in Surprise and photograph media days all over Phoenix. If you’re unsure whether your school is within range, just reach out and ask.

Q: Where do i travel to?

A: Yes! Parents have the option to purchase digital images and prints through an online gallery after media day, making it easy to order and share favorites.

Q: CAN I PRINT MY OWN PHOTOS?

A: The length depends on the size of the program and what’s included, but most media days are completed in a few hours. Everything is planned in advance to keep the day running smoothly and on schedule.
