My Latest Protein Shake Obsession: Low FODMAP, Gluten Free & Dairy Free!
Lately I’ve been really focusing on incorporating more lean protein and extra nutrients into my daily meals, especially after talking with my nutritionist. One way I can do this easily and on the go is through protein shakes!
This is my latest recipe:
🍫 Vega Team chocolate protein, 1 scoop (link to order)
💪 PB2 Foods powdered peanut butter, 1 tbs (link to order)
🥬 Amazing Grass green superfoods, 1 scoop (link to order)
👏 Orgain collagen peptides, 2 scoops (link to order)
🥛 Silk unsweetened almond milk, 8 ounces (link to order)
I’ll add half a frozen banana or a small handful of ice, depending on how long I plan to go before my next meal!
And I use my Nutribullet for a perfect single sized serving. Done and done!!
