There’s something just so special about summertime weddings, don’t you think? Especially here in Colorado! Everything is green and lush but it’s not super hot, and everything is just beautiful. We kicked off our summer wedding season here in Colorado last weekend with Austin and Adriana’s DIY Wedgewood Ken Caryl wedding in Littleton – and it was absolutely perfect!! We were a little concerned about the possibility of rain, but just in time for their ceremony and photos, the skies cleared and boy were we so grateful.

Austin and Adri are one of the most genuine and adorable couples we have ever met. From the moment I met them in person at their Garden of the Gods engagement session earlier this year, I could tell that these two were just really good people through and through. Meeting all of their friends and family? It totally solidified everything we felt about them! It was so incredible listening to everyone talk about them – listening around the ceremony and cocktail hour, hearing Adri’s best friend since childhood and Austin’s younger brother give toasts, and just the overall feeling of celebration the whole day.

More than the beautiful words and overwhelming joy of their Littleton wedding, was the gorgeous DIY details that Adri made herself! All of the signage was hand-painted, and there was a lot of Disney incorporated into their wedding details, which was totally fitting since they both love Disney (and it’s where they just spent the last few days on their honeymoon!). I dare you to try and find all the hidden Mickey’s in their cake! 😉
