Do you have backup photographers "Just in case"?

I have a flexible schedule that allow us to reschedule if need be, due to poor weather, illness or some other unforeseeable reason, but yes - I do have backups for sessions that absolutely cannot be rescheduled.

Will you help us with posing?

Fun fact: everyone is awkward and weird when trying to be POSED in front of the camera. There is literally nothing LESS CASUAL than the prom pose, right!? No thank you! Instead, I'll give you lots of directions and prompts to get natural, intimate and fun photos of you guys ... let's keep it real, mmk?

Where are you located?

I am located in Surprise, Arizona but I am available for family photography sessions in all of Phoenix, Tucson, Prescott, Sedona and even Flagstaff!

Travel is included for all sessions in the Phoenix region except for mini sessions, which will need to be in the vicinity Surprise, Arizona.

Do you give out unedited/raw photos?

Tell me, would you go out on a fancy date night and ask the chef for a raw slab of prime rib to season and grill to perfection? Nope. I mean, maybe YOU would, but most people wouldn't because the whole point of hiring a professional is to get what THEY have to offer. So simply put: no. My editing and delivery process is part of the experience of working with me.

Are digital files included? Printing rights?

I want you guys to print your images, make albums and give them as gifts. Every session comes with at least some high resolution digital files, and access to all of the images in a private gallery.

How many pictures can we expect?

For a typical session, roughly 50-75 images each hour together. I don't limit or cap the number of photos you'll receive in your viewing gallery, because each session is entirely unique. More details, more people, more time? More photos. Simple as that!

Do you reschedule if weather is bad?

Generally speaking - yes. Cold/super hot kids = grumpy kids and honestly ... grumpy adults, too. If it's raining or super windy, we'll reschedule if it's at all possible. I will always be in constant contact with you to decide if we need to reschedule (and no, before you ask - there's no rescheduling fees for things outside of our control like weather).

Will you photoshop me?

Okay first of all, knock it off. No. You don't NEED photoshopped! I am a firm believer in authenticity and as a professional photographer, knowing how to guide people into flattering poses in any kind of lighting situation. That said, if you wake up and OMG have a huge pimple on your forehead - I got you, Boo. But no, I can't make you look 10 years younger, I won't nip and tuck, and I refuse to make you look like a crazy Snapchat filter. You're beautiful the way you are!
