One of my favorite parts of summer is getting to hang out with some amazing families for their extended family sessions! It’s something that has become a big part of my family photography business in Wisconsin, which has been a very pleasant surprise. I thought living in popular tourist areas like Palm Springs, Colorado Springs and Jacksonville that these types of sessions would have been more popular. But, nope! Wisconsin’s just a totally different place and I love photographing extended family sessions like the Wachholders!
We hung out in Twin Lakes at the Kenosha Veterans Memorial Park and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite photography locations in southern Wisconsin. It’s got everything – a beautiful lake with ducks, open fields, green grass and lots of gorgeous trees. Enjoy!
