Lauren’s Senior Photos
Earlier this week I shared the first part to Lauren’s graduation photos at Grand Canyon University, and now it’s time for part 2! For the second half of her session, we traveled out to Lost Dutchman State Park in Apache Junction. This was actually my first time seeing Lost Dutchman in person and let me tell you: photos hardly do it justice. Lost Dutchman is an incredible place for photo sessions in Arizona, and I am so glad that Lauren wanted to go there before heading home to Colorado after getting her diploma.
We had so much fun, hiking around the park, talking all about her plans for the future (and catching up since I last saw her in the fall). She’s got her first job as a nurse lined up at a children’s hospital in Denver, and she’ll be graduating in just a few short weeks. It’s bittersweet, because while I’m so excited for her future, I’m sad she’s leaving Arizona!
At the end of her session, Lauren popped a couple bottles of champagne for some epic spray photos (check out the video here!). I definitely think if you’re graduating college after four years, a little bubbly is the perfect way to celebrate during graduation photos!
