Randy + Ashley are simply phenomenal. They are talented, detail- oriented, organized and always on the ball. Beyond that they take the time to really get to know you, and as you get to know them, you realize that not only are they loving, kind & thoughtful, but they're really cool people!
I had a destination wedding so a lot of the communication was on the phone over email and via Skype. When we finally did meet it felt like we were hanging out with old friends.
Randy and Ashley are truly passionate about love and photography. They are two of the BEST photographers that I have ever worked with and I could not recommend them highly enough.
Oh yeah... And the pictures were flawless.
Seriously, do yourself a favor - stop searching and hire them.

Ashley was such a blessing to discover! We were going on vacation, and I wanted to find a photographer to take some maternity/ family pictures with pretty scenery. I choose Ashley on a gut feeling, and she exceeding the already high expectations I had!!!!
Extremely personable, excellent communication, very down-to-earth and makes you feel right at ease! I felt like we were walking around the park with a friend vs. trying hard to get some good shots.
I was BLOWN AWAY by all the images she took in such a short amount of time when I felt at the time we were MAYBE getting a good shot or two. I ended up with dozens!
Excellent vision and attention to detail while making you feel like you’re just having a good time hanging out.

Ashley is wonderful to work with- super personable and helpful. She went above and beyond for our engagement and wedding photos. We chose not to hire a wedding coordinator- Ashley helped me establish a wedding day timeline & on the day of even did a great job of helping me keep things on track. She got our wedding photos back to us very quickly as well. The photos were beautiful & we are so happy that we had her as our photographer! Would recommend her to anyone!

In all sincerity, choosing Randy + Ashley was one of the BEST decisions we made in our wedding planning process. Randy + Ashley were eager to FaceTime with us to get to know us and our story, and they were invaluable in every step of our planning process. We really wanted a desert vibe for engagement photos, and they recommended Joshua Tree, which they know inside and out.
My husband Chris and I were so unsure of how to pose and thought we would be so awkward in front of the camera, but Randy + Ashley have such a unique talent in making the whole process so much fun that we genuinely forgot we were taking photos and just spent the time laughing and talking! Our engagement photos in Joshua Tree were out of this world BEAUTIFUL. Additionally, I can't tell you how many calls, emails, and texts Ashely and I had going for months in preparation for our March 2018 wedding--she went above and beyond helping with our timeline, our must-have wedding day photos, and SO much more.
Our wedding day was EVERYTHING and more in large part because of how phenomenal Randy + Ashley are. I felt so at ease all day with them by our side all wedding day. I was shocked when we received our complete gallery of wedding photos less than a month after we were married, unbelievable! Literally ALL of the photos are STUNNING, and I cry every time I look through them because of how beautifully they capture the emotion and fun of the day. We feel SO privileged to become such wonderful friends with Randy + Ashley and be part of the RAD weddings family! We look forward to having Randy + Ashley photograph all of our future life milestones and have them in our lives as friends! HUGE thanks, Randy + Ashley!! Ashley is pure joy and an absolute pro. Crazy dog? No problem. Shy toddler? She's got it handled. Have I mentioned that in a group of 25 she'll hear a name once (yes, once) and remember it?! Seriously though her and her husband were aLOT of fun to partner and the photos exceeded any expectations. I'm so thankful my daughter found this gem & completed our experience with great photos to enjoy for years.
I cannot say enough positive things about them but here is a start - 1) they go out of their way to get to know you as a couple to ensure your photos reflect YOU, 2) they are extremely creative in their shoots and capture the most impt moments, 3) they are highly organized and not afraid to direct traffic the day of - something that you most surely want, 4) they go above and beyond in every since of the word. We just got back from our honeymoon and had a holiday ornament of two of our photos. They do blogs which are awesome to share what happened and the highlights with your family and friends. No one had nothing but the most positive to things to say about the results they deliver. And - after all - the photos are the only thing you have to look back on. Do yourself a favor and hire R+A. You will not regret it - ever. WE LOVE THEM!

Hiring Randy + Ashley to photograph our wedding day was one of the best decisions my husband and I made; I cannot recommend them highly enough! All of the pictures turned out beautifully, everything was perfect, we're in love with the whole gallery--but just as wonderful as the final product was the process. I feel like Ashley was a part of the entire wedding planning adventure; she's a social media wizard, and so warm and friendly, making her really fun and easy to stay in touch with over the months leading up to the big day. I followed her blog and saw every wedding and engagement session she shot, so I got a great sense of what kinds of pictures and moments I wanted to ask for, and I kept her posted on how our plans were coming together, which she was always enthusiastic about. We had a pretty non-traditional wedding--no judgments against tradition, but the way we did it was perfect for us--and I never felt even a hint of pressure to conform to anyone else's "wedding norms". Randy and Ashley were enthusiastic about capturing our day the way we wanted it; it was awesome to be cheered on like that, and to have such confidence through all the preparations that Randy and Ashley would make it all look gorgeous.
We had a great time shooting our engagement session in Joshua Tree, and even with the LA-to-Palm Springs distance they were able to meet at our venue and do a walkthrough a few weeks before the wedding, so by the day-of they really felt like friends--I was so comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera! The whole day was just so much fun, and Randy and Ashley are both such funny, joyful, loving people, many of our guests commented on how friendly and easy-to-be-around they were. The candid photos of our guests are my absolute favorites; every wedding photographer will take lovely pictures of the bride and groom, sure, and Randy and Ashley definitely made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world, but they also caught the most stunning, joy-filled pictures of our friends and loved ones, looking so happy for us, and I know we'll treasure those for a lifetime. Randy and Ashley are the DREAM TEAM--I am forever grateful!

My partner and I had the pleasure working with Ashley Durham Photography leading up to and during our wedding ... They had an open mind, got it all and delivered a smooth and spot-on performance with compliments still pouring in from our friends around the world.
It was just a perfect experience all around. The attention we received for the price we paid was excellent. Ashley and Randy blended into our group of guests seamlessly and it felt like they weren't there. Yet, they managed to brilliantly capture the vintage chic, preppy and stylish atmosphere we had been working on creating, including the most natural and simply coolest snapshots of our guests.
Most importantly, they guided us and we let ourselves be guided as to what they thought would be the must-haves; again, no disappointment here.
The attention to detail was great. Shortly after the wedding, Ashley published a quick sneak at what was to come and everyone among our guests couldn't wait for more. The eventual blog told a wonderful story of a great day in the desert...including shout outs to all vendors, and every designer that contributed. A perfect memory.

Where do I begin? Simply put Ashley and Randy were incredible and I would highly recommend them to photograph your event. We recently eloped in Palm Springs. To us a photographer was the MOST important part since no family/friends were present. I found Ashley online and contacted her along with a few other photographers. Here is what I loved about Ashley + Randy:
1. She was the first to respond to my inquiry, offered straightforward answers to my questions AND suggested an officiant who we used and loved.
2. Even though we were a fairly small account, they took time to meet with us in person. They gave us a sweet gift and were incredibly helpful in narrowing down locations for our ceremony and photos.
3. The payment/contract process was all online and streamlined. Very easy and very professional.
4. Day of event they were timely, took tons of photos and even went with us to the Palm Springs sign to take photos (which we sprung on them kinda last minute).
So after our time with Ashley + Randy we commented on how much we enjoyed them and how fun our day was. We hoped we would like our photos as much as we liked them! Which leads me to...
5. OUR PHOTOS WERE INCREDIBLE!!! They know what they're doing. We absolutely love our photos and they flawlessly captured our day.
Please don't hesitate to hire Ashley + Randy. They are kind, professional and very good at what they do. You will not be disappointed!

I don't know how she did it, but Ashley rounded up 21 of our family (plus 3 grand dogs) and did an amazing job taking our family photo. And All in frigid weather the day after Thanksgiving. That was the only time we could get every body together. In addition, she did silhouettes of each family, child and dog. All of us thought the pictures were amazing!! (Even our son, from Los Angeles, who is an actor and producer.) we will use her again the next time we can get everybody from 4 states together. Thanks, Ashley!
