Say hello to Xavier! This was my first time meeting Xavier and his mom, but, he’s actually the older brother of one of the guys on my son’s football team. We had a great time talking about our experiences living overseas – his dad served in the US Air Force, and they actually were stationed in Japan as well! They were in Misawa (one of the bases in the far north of Japan) while we were in Okinawa (the furthest south, kind of like the Hawaii of Japan). Small world, huh? Thanks for coming to my cap and gown mini sessions held earlier this month at White Tanks Regional Park here in Surprise.
