A few weeks ago, Randy and I spent some time with Latarsha Bradwell, the creative planner at The Designery Event. She put together an amazing brunch for fellow creatives at Barrique Kitchen and Wine Bar in the St John’s area of Jacksonville, Florida. She invited us to come along to document the fun morning!

It was so cool to see Latarsha surprise a room full of women with a gorgeous, candlelit brunch at Barrique. None of the creative entrepreneurs that showed up had any idea what Latarsha had planned! Everything was beautifully designed, from the pink and white rose table floral arrangements to the fun thank you notes at each setting. Latarsha made sure to take care of each of her guests with pride, love and care.

The folks at Barrique took great care of them too, providing a delicious signature cocktail for Latarsha to serve everyone.

I loved that she also led the group in a small prayer, praying for blessings on each other and for each other It was the true spirit of community over competition and I’m so blessed to have been asked to be part of such a special event.
