Our Favorite Wedding Moments of 2015

If there was one word we could use to describe 2015, it would be:

AMAZING.

Seriously though. This morning, putting the finishing touches on this blog and we can’t help but feel amazed at the wonderful, exciting, challenging, and AMAZING year we have had. We’ve shot a couple dozen weddings this year, and while all of them were unique in their own styles and traditions – they all focused around one main focal point:

LOVE.

Something we’ve been very vocal about is working with brides and grooms who truly believe in love, who wants to spend the rest of their lives together, who realize that at the end of the wedding day there is one beautiful fact: they will be married. We love working with people who are just incredibly in love, and we feel so blessed to have worked with some of the most kind, generous and loving couples this year.

If we have to be completely honest, we’re a little sad today is the third and final in our “Favorites of 2015” blog series (did you see our favorite Details and Engagements??), because it’s closing the chapter on 2015 and this has literally been the best year ever for us professionally. But, on the other hand … it makes us SO super excited for 2016 because we just have this feeling that next year is going to be even better.

So here we are: December 31st, and we can’t help but feel so thankful and excited. There were so many  more images we wanted to include on this blog, but it would take an hour to scroll through them all if we did! We had a heck of a time narrowing it down though, so we hope you love this blog as much as we loved putting it together!

Ceremony

When Josh saw Lindsay for the first time, and we all cried.The chest bump!When Matt saw Amanda for the first time, and we all cried … again.When Bill’s daughter sang Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” and made us all cry … yep, again. When Jeff gave Jason’s two boys the best speech about becoming their new stepdad, and made everyone cry.When Trey had to use his cell phone to remember his vows, and we all laughed.When Cheyenne + Keaton washed each others’ feet, to signify always taking care of each other. Beautiful.When Senta got her red lipstick all over Ben’s face after their first kiss.The “we did it!!!!” faces. Best wedding guest ever.Everyone should bring their dog to their wedding.We told Atticus to smile, and this was the face we got.

The Reception
