When you think of a desert boudoir session – typically you think of a nice, hot day. This session couldn’t be further from that! Jessica booked this session back in the fall, as a gift to surprise her husband who recently returned home from deployment … and of course when her shooting day finally came … it was HAILING outside! We had this wicked little cold front come through, and it wasn’t more than 45* outside (and windy, to boot!). But regardless, we had a great time (through chattering teeth) to do Jessica’s session out at a secret spot near Joshua Tree National Monument. We actually switched locations halfway through, trying to find somewhere that wasn’t quite so cold (or windy) and we ended up getting the most gorgeous golden light for the last half of Jessica’s session!
