After months of cold and snowy weather, it’s been so lovely to be outside here in Wisconsin. It’s hard to believe that just 3 weeks before this session, we had a crazy snowstorm that blanketed our area in several inches of snow. Gotta love springtime in Wisconsin, right? Haha! Anyway!
I met up with Chris and Aly for their engagement session at Lance Park in Twin Lakes and we spent an afternoon hiking around. So much fun!! Their two huskies, Boost and Bree, joined us as well for a few photos, too! These two met while going to college together, and even dated long distance for awhile after graduation. When it came time for Chris to propose, Aly was surprised because Chris actually did it at the dog park! He surprised her with Boost (their bigger huskie), getting down on one knee to propose marriage as she came around the corner at the park.
I can’t wait to celebrate with them later this winter, at their wedding at the Rosewood in Delavan!
