There might be nothing more beautiful than autumn in Wisconsin. It makes the most incredible backdrop for photos, so full of colors – all the oranges, reds, and golds? AMAZING.
A fun fact about this session: we did not do this shoot at golden hour! Instead, we did it just after lunchtime, because we had some really cloudy skies. I don’t normally like cloudy skies, but, with toddlers, it’s better to shoot during the day than in the evening. This is a lesson I have had to learn a few times this year, and will be adjusting my schedule as necessary.
What you *might* not know is that it’s really, really freaking cold already. Don’t let the lack of winter coats fool you – it was roughly 45* outside when I photographed this extended family session at Muskego Park! Even though it was chilly and cloudy, I still had an incredible time hanging out with Del, Tammy, their two daughters, as well as their granddaughter!
