There might be nothing more adorable than a baby on their first birthday! I loved getting to hang out with Savannah for her first birthday cake smash session at my new photography studio in Burlington, even though she wanted absolutely nothing to do with smashing her cake! Savannah’s mom brought in a handful of goodies for her Harry Potter themed first birthday photo shoot! Complete with a Nimbus 2000, the full collection of Harry Potter novels and some Gryffindor-inspired gold and maroon flags!

Savannah’s Harry Potter unicorn cake was made by SweetSpot Bakery in Whitewater, Wisconsin. While I didn’t get a bite of it, it smelled like absolute heaven!
