Meet cutie pie one-year-old Jonah!! Jonah is the youngest of three kiddos, who was visiting Palm Springs for a mini vacation with his mom before school starts. Jonah’s mom – Kara – and I have been friends since we were 11 years old (oh my gosh, that’s almost 1/3 of my life!) and thanks to Facebook, we’ve stayed in touch over the years since we both graduated from Palm Springs High. Kara and her beautiful family live in Texas now, where Kara is a teacher and since school is starting soon, she came on a little trip to visit home before the year begins. I’m so glad that she did! She happened to get here right after I did, and she asked me to take Jonah’s first ever “pro photos” … and we had a blast! Jonah is so sweet, his Yaya (Grandma) got the biggest grins out of him from behind me – there were lots of laughs! Despite the heat, it was a fabulous first official Palm Springs session and I can’t wait to meet Kara’s entire family whenever they come back home to visit! Enjoy! xoxo
