Ohhhh friends, are you guys in for a visual treat today!! Earlier this week, we shared Greg and Jessica’s rehearsal dinner and today we are sharing their Skirball Cultural Center wedding in Los Angeles here on the blog! EEK! This might be one of the biggest blogs we’ve ever shared – so much happened on their wedding day! From getting ready to their special Ketubah signing ceremony, their traditional Jewish wedding ceremony and their incredible reception – everything was so beautiful and incredible to witness. We had the best time with this crew once again for another wedding!
Greg and Jess met a few years ago at a wedding. We must have heard the story a handful of times over the last few months – and it’s one of our favorites! You see, the groom of the wedding they met at was a college roommate of Greg’s, and the bride was a friend of Jessica – and when Jess saw Greg in his Navy uniform, she immediately was like WHO IS THAT?!? They got introduced and even though they lived on opposite sides of the country, they began to date and soon fell in love and have been together the last three and a half years.
Then, last year, they went to the Champagne region of France on an adventure. They were on a impromptu picnic and setting up to eat some great cheeses and meats with French bread and Moet champagne. Greg popped the question by standing up and asking Jess if she wanted her birthday present a little early (her birthday was in 6 days). She of course said yes. He help out both hands and said “Pick a Hand”. She of course picked the wrong one and he help out the correct one with the ring. The irony is that Greg was the one standing and Jess was the one down on one knee from putting the picnic together. It was totally perfect!
We would love to take a second to thank all of the incredible vendors who came together to make Greg and Jessica’s Skirball Cultural Center wedding absolutely incredible!
