Happy Wedding Wednesday, friends!! Today’s blog is just for guests of weddings!
This week kicks off our super-crazy-super-fun-super-busy summer wedding season – and we are wildly excited about all the weddings coming up!! We have all kinds of varying levels of fanciness for weddings – from camping-style boho wedding to a more formal black tie glam wedding, and everything in between. As wedding photographers, we always try to fit in with the theme and dress code of the event … but sometimes, deciding what to wear just isn’t very easy.
Just ask Randy – he’s the one who always hangs up Ashley’s clothes in the morning after trying on 11 different outfits!
With wedding season upon us here in Southern California (although, really – there isn’t just one season here, right?!), our friends over at The Black Tux sent us this cool Wedding Style Guide graphic, to help guide you on what to wear to any wedding you’ll ever attend!
If you’re confused about how casual or fancy the wedding you’re attending is, the invitation is usually a great clue as to the level of formality. But! If you’re ever in doubt – always ask the couple! The last thing you want to do is show up dressed to the nines for a boho wedding, or show up in a cocktail dress to a white tie affair.
