Couples Photos With Their Dogs
Martha emailed me with a simple request: please help me remember my family together as it is, right now. You see, Tasha, their beloved 13 year old dog, has been struggling with her health for some time and it was really just unknown how long before she crossed the rainbow bridge. Unfortunately, just a few weeks after this session, Tasha passed and I am so grateful I was able to spend an afternoon with her and her family.
We went to my favorite photography spot on the west side of Phoenix, White Tank Regional Park, and watched a beautiful sunset together. Tasha wasn’t able to walk very well, so we stuck to one little area for their mini session, in front of saguaros at the White Tank mountains. Tasha, Elsa and Blu loved getting belly rubs and ear scratches, and they all just looked majestic in that gorgeous Arizona sunset light. I loved being able to take their photos, and I’m so thrilled to see these photos on Steve & Martha’s walls. I know how much these types of photos mean, and I’m honored to have been able to take them!
