Something we love about this job is that sometimes we get to fun things that aren’t weddings – like Gabriel’s first birthday patriotic birthday cake smash session at Fox Run Park! We love working with our favorite families to be part of such a special moment in their kiddos lives! Gabriel has begun growing up right in front of our eyes (remember when we first met him and his family when they first moved to Colorado Springs??) … and he’s such a handsome little dude!

His amazing patriotic birthday cake was created by a friend of the family, and it smelled SO AMAZING … and Gabriel certainly enjoyed digging into it! His brother and sisters joined in the fun, and got to have some of the patriotic birthday cake, too!

Of course, proud momma Christina got to jump in a family photo, too!

How absolutely AMAZING is this patriotic birthday cake!?!? Complete with pretzel sticks, colored oreos, white chocolate candy and fondant … it smelled pretty much what we imagine heaven might smell like!
