Good morning, friends!
Today’s Wedding Wednesday is all about WEBSITES – specifically, should you have a wedding website? And my thought on it is: YES!
But let’s back up – what exactly is a wedding website?
A wedding website is basically a cute little way to share details of your wedding with your guests! This upcoming August, we are working with Lou + Chris on their Palm Springs Wedding and they have a beautiful (and fun) website.
What I especially love about Lou + Chris’s wedding website is it has a ton of information that people can see, like their dress code. Sure, they can share on the invitation about it – but their website takes it a step further to give people ideas and provides visuals.
You can also share direct links to your registries, places to stay or provide information on things to do in the area (especially cool if it’s a destination wedding). You can also tell your love story, proposal story and share photos of yourselves!
So … How can you get one?
The Knot actually offers FREE websites (check it out here) for couples, or you can use Squarespace like Lou + Chris did. They’re relatively easy to make, too!
