Happy Wedding Wednesday, friends! Alex and Harry’s wedding in Delavan at Lake Lawn Resort was just a couple of weeks ago. And y’all? IT WAS AMAZING.

Ever since their engagement session last year, I have eagerly been counting down to their wedding. It was everything I was hoping and dreaming – from the incredible wedding party to the vibrant fall colors.

Truth bomb time! My ONLY complaint was that it was soooooo cold outside (like in the 30s with wind chill). Don’t let these warm and happy and cheerful photos fool you – poor Alex was a popcicle and a total rock star during their outdoor ceremony and portraits. Sara, their wedding planner, took us out for photos on the golf course at sunset when I saw the most beautiful fall tree off in the distance and I’m so glad we ventured out.

After sunset, we came inside for their wedding reception to the most incredible live music. If you haven’t considered having live music at your wedding, you absolutely should!! Alex and Harry danced the night away with everyone. They even got lifted up in chairs to Hava Nagila for the traditional Jewish hora dance!
